Well-Be project

Well-Be project mission is to support secondary education students in building resilience skills and overcoming the negative effects of social exclusion after the end of the epidemic. This goal will be achieved by analysing the psychological (psycho-social) effects of social exclusion in students and, on this basis, updating educational priorities and focusing pedagogical measures on the needs of students in the post-epidemic situation.

Inspiration Elevator

The Inspiration Elevator partnership comprises organisations from Norway, Austria, Bulgaria and Croatia. The starting point of our joint effort is supporting youth workers in introducing, organizing and implementing design thinking processes in their daily interventions with youth at risk, which will enhance youth employability and employment prospects.

In many cases, employment support interventions targeting youth at risk have temporary effect (Piqué, M. Angels, 2015) and rather lead to short-term employment only.

APEL project

Erasmus+ KA205 APEL project combines the efforts of 4 partners, reflecting current challenges and trends in the field of youth work from different regions of Europe – Central (Slovenia and Austria), Eastern (Bulgaria), and Western (Netherlands). Our overall aim is to equip to equip youth workers with necessary methodology and resources to empower youth leaders, so that they can be more effective in encouraging participation of young people in the policy-making process on local and national, and eventually EU level.

Project 4Youth

The aim of 4Youth project is implementation of elements of motivational approaches into youth work, combining them with recognition of learning outcomes. The analysis of the youth work in all involved countries (Slovenia, Ghana, Bulgaria, Tanzania and Malawi) shows that youth is not interested to be active, to take part in the activities, to exploit possibilities, they are not interested to co-develop society they live in and they lack soft skills, needed in the economy. Youth workers need new skills, knowledge to address those challenges.

Project YESSS

The aim of YESSS - Young Entrepreneurs at Secondary Schools project is developing and fostering entrepreneurial thinking of students at secondary schools through equipping teachers with relevant coaching and soft skills training methods and approaches. The proposal offers universal integrated modern approach to the work of teachers in class that does not require their extensive training and investing additional resources for using project products after its completion.

Social Innovators

EEA and Norway Grants

SOCIAL INNOVATORS presents an innovative model of simultaneously addressing the challenges of high rates of youth unemployment and low employment rate in NGO sector, which all present a tremendous waste of human potential and missed opportunities for greater contribution to the social transformation not only in partner countries but in EU in general. In NGOs, young people will hater work experience and become involved in some of the most relevant initiatives and programmes dealing with social challenges in Europe today.
