Would you like to support young people in bringing their ideas to life and creating positive change in their communities?

The Get On the Action Train (GOAT) project provides a valuable opportunity for young people aged 18 to 30 to develop and implement initiatives with a meaningful and lasting impact. Through the GOAT competition, youth teams can receive funding of up to EUR 10,000, as well as guidance and encouragement throughout the whole process.

The competition is open to teams of 2 to 10 young people and focuses on the 11 European Youth Goals, including themes such as inclusive societies, mental health and wellbeing, sustainable green Europe, quality learning, and moving rural youth forward.

In addition to financial support, participants benefit from mentorship by experienced experts, practical experience in project management, leadership, and teamwork, and the chance to transform their ideas into real initiatives that respond to community needs. The wider GOAT project is designed to empower youth, support youth workers, and strengthen active participation in youth initiatives across Europe.

We encourage teachers, youth workers, organisations, and community members to share this opportunity with motivated young people who are ready to take action and make a difference.

More information about the competition is available on the official GOAT website, and questions for Bulgaria can be sent to goat.project.eu@gmail.com
