The WIN – Improving the position of women in the labour markets of peripheral industrial regions project has released its new project video titled Women’s Work, Made Visible, capturing the realities faced by women in peripheral industrial areas where job opportunities are often limited and career paths shaped by stereotypes.
The video highlights how the WIN project is addressing these challenges by building social innovations, pilot actions, supportive networks, and practical tools to help women strengthen their skills, increase visibility, and access fairer opportunities across their regions.
Created to spark discussion and promote gender equality in labour markets, the video is intended for wide sharing to raise awareness and inspire communities to support inclusive regional development.
