The National Management School is open to and actively seeking international and cross-sector partnerships for the joint development and implementation of projects and initiatives in the fields of education, training, youth, and skills development. The organisation collaborates with universities, research centres, VET providers, schools, NGOs, public authorities, municipalities, SMEs, and international networks to design, pilot, and scale innovative approaches that respond to societal, educational, and labour market needs. NMS brings strong expertise in the development of key competences and management skills, youth leadership and employability, social entrepreneurship and social innovation, digital education and creativity, mentoring, coaching, peer-to-peer learning, career guidance, well-being, inclusion, and active citizenship. Depending on the partnership and project context, NMS can act as initiator, coordinator, or partner, contributing to methodology and content development, piloting and testing of innovative practices, training and capacity-building activities, stakeholder engagement, dissemination and exploitation of results, and sustainability planning, with a strong focus on quality, impact, and long-term value.
