Key Competences and Management Skills Development
Main activities
Training
Our core training programme is aimed at young people and learners who wish to develop key competences and management skills that complement formal education and support their academic and professional development.
The training is delivered in a flexible format, adapted to participants’ commitments, including activities taking place outside standard working and school hours.
The programme covers a range of disciplines in the fields of economics and management, including economics, law, marketing, entrepreneurship, finance, accounting, corporate and public management, as well as other applied areas that foster business awareness and analytical thinking.
The programme is delivered with the involvement of university lecturers and experts from both academia and practice, including economists, entrepreneurs, and psychologists, with experience in training and developing young people and adults.
In addition, the National Management School designs and delivers short-term trainings and specialised programmes for diverse target groups, including young people, pedagogical specialists, job seekers, and organisational teams.
