On November 5th and 6th, 2024, the second WIN project partners’ meeting took place in Loket, Czech Republic. The National Management School actively participated, playing a key role in shaping discussions and sharing insights.

Our representatives led the discussion on D.2.1.1 Guidelines for Developing Social Innovations, providing strategic direction and actionable recommendations for fostering impactful solutions. Additionally, we presented results from the World Café sessions, offering valuable perspectives and innovative ideas gathered from stakeholders.

The meeting began with a study visit to Karlovy Vary, where partners explored regional practices, including a presentation by the Karlovy Vary Research Institute of Balneology and a tour of Lake Medard, a former mining site undergoing sustainable remediation. These activities offered insights into combining environmental sustainability with social innovation.

During the afternoon session, project results were reviewed, including the D.1.1.1 Input Paper on Women in Labor Markets in Pilot Regions and D.1.3.1 Analysis of Policies on Women’s Employment. A collaborative discussion followed, focusing on slogans, key messages, and events for the project’s Awareness-Raising Campaign, with the National Management School providing strategic input to shape these initiatives.

On the second day, a transnational workshop and roundtable discussion with successful women from the region offered inspiration and practical approaches to social innovation and participation. The meeting concluded with an administrative and financial review, setting the stage for the next steps in the project.

The Loket meeting underscored the collective commitment of partners to advancing women’s participation in the labor market. The National Management School’s contributions to discussions and shared results exemplify our dedication to driving innovation and collaboration in this important initiative.
