Partners of the AI Navigators project came together in Brussels, Belgium, for a transnational meeting dedicated to reflection, exchange of experience, and strategic planning for the next phase of the project.

The meeting created a space for open and constructive dialogue, where partners shared insights from the past months of implementation, discussed emerging challenges, and explored how project activities are taking shape in different national and institutional contexts. This exchange of practice fostered new ideas, fresh perspectives, and a strong sense of collective purpose that face-to-face collaboration uniquely enables.

Through focused working sessions, partners engaged in in-depth discussions on project implementation, addressing practical questions, refining approaches, and aligning expectations for the upcoming period. These sessions strengthened coordination across the partnership and reinforced a shared understanding of priorities for the next phase.

In addition, the consortium reviewed the project’s communication and dissemination efforts, reflecting on achievements to date while jointly shaping a clearer and more ambitious plan for the year ahead. The meeting concluded with a shared sense of progress and confidence that the collaborative work carried out in Brussels will contribute to an even stronger and more impactful second year of the project.
