We are pleased to share an exciting opportunity for young people in Bulgaria who want to make a positive contribution to society through their ideas and initiatives.
The Get On the Action Train (GOAT) competition is looking for motivated young people ready to take action and develop initiatives with real community impact. Through this opportunity, youth teams can receive support to transform their ideas into practical projects in areas connected to the European Youth Goals, including inclusive societies, mental health and wellbeing, moving rural youth forward, quality learning, sustainable green Europe, and other important fields.
The competition is open to young people aged 18 to 30 who are applying in teams of 2 to 10 members. Participants will have the chance not only to compete for funding, but also to benefit from mentorship and expert guidance throughout the process of developing, planning, and implementing their initiatives. In addition, the experience offers valuable practical learning in project management, teamwork, and leadership.
Selected youth teams can receive funding of up to EUR 10,000 to implement their ideas and create meaningful change in their communities. The initiative is designed to encourage active youth participation, support innovative thinking, and strengthen young people’s capacity to become changemakers.
