On May 14–15, 2025, partners of the WIN – Improving the Position of Women in the Labour Markets of Peripheral Industrial Regions project gathered in Loznica, Serbia for the third international partner meeting, hosted by the Association of Business Women in Serbia at the spa complex Kur-salon in Banja Koviljača. The event brought together 37 representatives from all partner and associated strategic partner organisations, strengthening cooperation and discussing progress across the project’s work packages.

The meeting focused on reviewing project progress, sharing experiences from pilot regions, and discussing next steps related to social innovation development, policy recommendations, and awareness-raising activities aimed at improving women’s participation in local labour markets.

Through workshops, discussions, and peer exchange, partners strengthened cooperation and aligned priorities for the upcoming implementation phase, reaffirming their shared commitment to women’s economic empowerment across the Danube Region.
